Again, this account and my alt, Whimsee - have purchased Creator Ads and have not received a peep back from IMVU on my applications. It's been over a week for both, and I've received no notice for either account.
I had to inquire the last time I purchased an ad to get it working - are we not doing ads and I'm just wasting my time?
I'm frustrated.

I am so sorry you are experiencing this issue. It should not be this way.
I experienced the same when I purchased these a while ago. It was a frustrating experience to have such an expenditure and little "follow-up." I would have liked to hear something back from the Creator Ads "system." I heard nothing until my ads started to run, and I had contacted the staff.
Would this system be much better with a response from the "system" similar to this?
"Your ads are in the processing queue. The current runtime for your ads should be between 2 and 5 weeks from the time of this message."
There should be some kind of communication in the Creator Ads system. *Any* communication would be welcomed.
It's like someone purchased a mink coat at Macy's and no employee said "thank you" for your purchase. No employee gave communication about the tailoring, the time needed, or delivery.
