I've requested the maximum amount I am currently able to get because of the MASA on September 21. There was no updates on it for a couple of days then it changed into 'Pending User'.

Why is my account under review? I've gotten accepted into the Earn Money program months ago. All my information has been verified. I've made smaller payout requests on this account that has been approved. This would be my first bigger payout request. Anyone had this same problem before? I'm currently creating on multiple accounts other than this one and none of them had this problem. All the payout requests went smooth and relatively fast.

Hi @Thinkr Only adding to what has been said. It is best to contact the Paypout team directly on this. No one here has the details about your account except the Payout Team .
I have had this happen before, I think they just do random reviews sometimes. It's very frustrating though when you've already gone through the fuss of having your account approved. Putting our payments on hold because of it is a pretty sucky thing to do too. I hope you are not waiting too long (I think for me it took about a week).
