I have been arguing back & forth with IMVU about verifying my Paypal email for months (maybe a year) for payouts. I cannot request a payout. It keeps saying my Paypal email isn't correct or whatever it says. I verified this when I changed my account to 100% cash. I make help tickets only to get the runaround from whomever checks them VERY FRUSTRATING

HI @LivChic​ I do know anytime we need to change anything to do with our Pay-Out information, we need to request re-verification for all of our creator accounts (if you have more than one). If you have one account do this for that account.

 

Submit a new verification request at https://www.imvu.com/creator/payments/

Click on Submit Request.

The important part is in the Comments Section of this request.

Tell them you need to Re-Verify as your information has changed.

 

They should reset your Verification so you can fill in all the information just like the original time you did this.
