Hi @xJinxix Most refer to "Poses" as standing spots that have a Pose "action" added to them. This would be either a static still pose; such as, a Pose for Photos, etc. or an action say where the avatar is dancing. In this case, you cannot "remove" the Poses (static or with motion) in a room mesh but you can "break" them... By breaking them, you would turn them into a normal Standing Pose. Sometimes these Standing Poses are in a good spot and sometimes they look funny so this is trial and error. To break a Pose on a standing spot, open the Action tab or panel in the Create Tool. Find the Trigger word that activates the Pose and name it something else. Ex: if you see something like "stance.Seatname-seat01" , name the part after "stance." to something very obscure or even name that part of the trigger "BrokenSeat". That should do it. An easy way to Break Poses on "Seats" or standing spots is to simply rename the trigger part "stance" to "STANCE". That will work, too.
Now, if you are wanting to remove the standing spots (seats) themselves, it can be done BUT with many consequences. Some of these might be, any mesh animation will be broken, furniture nodes probably will not work correctly, etc. etc. The *best* way to get standing spots or seats out of a room mesh is to ask the Mesher who made the room to make a new version. They are also the Best means of "Derive Support" on their own products.
Contact the mesher for support as they are most familiar with their own products.
I hope this helps....
