The item pass review and it was in the IMVU Shop as a GA item. When you ask for why they took your creating right away, they will not give you a real answer.
Creators can file a creator rerate case to find out more. Users flag creators' products. Customer service then reviews the flag and acts if the product, the icon, text, any part of the product, or its marketing violates the rules. If you see another creator has the same product it just means no one has flagged it yet. Customer service does not check the entire chain just the reported product. You are free to flag violating products.
Deriving from a product does not make a creator safe. we must check our products before submitting them. As an example many times meshers do not add underwear to their skirts. Creators derive, do not check, then are rerated. IMVU can't allow us to go around with no underwear on. This link explains creation guidelines: https://www.imvu.com/next/policyhub/creatorpolicy/

You will need to file a help ticket & stay on them to give you a clear answer as to why you lost your rights. Things pass peer all the time either wrongly rated or stolen. Passing peer doesnt mean much.
