Hi All, this has been happening to me a lot lately. I tried many things including going thru Add HTML Description which worked once but not on any of the others. I would say over the last 2 weeks it has happened to me about 8 times, I ended up getting imvu staff to assist me and they sent them into peer review. I had it happen again today but nothing I try works including the HTML option so at the moment I think it is an ongoing issue and I will need imvu staff assistance again.

Hi@BunnyCakes , go to  Add HTML Description and any changes will make the product go through peer review.

1 of the 2 that I have had an issue with I had to change the name to get it to go into peer. Where they both been sitting for over 24 hours yet the 16 other products in that line passed.

Hi @erickingsknights​ , please contact customer service under creator. Include the photo and the dates this happened.

 

The product will be visible and for sale. This has happened in the past. Manual editing generally doesn't remove the orange bar and will need customer service to assist you.

tried again still won't place the item in peers so looks like I'll have to talk to live tomorrow and see if they can manually add them into peers

I actually tried that the first day it happened I added to the HTML, and it didn't place it back to peers I even brought the product back into create reloaded one texture saved and resubmitted it, but it wouldn't place it back in peers. But I'll try again and see what happens

I have had the same issue. I just edit the html & it seems to submit it. The problem I am running into is any product I have had to do that on takes longer in peer review. I currently have a couple items still in review & its been over 12 hours. Yet items submitted a couple hours ago flew through review.
