If The Product is derivable on the shop .. it means you are authorized to derivate from it...why then said that you copy or steal?

Hi @MiaPV​ , customer service is the only option. Emailing and contacting staff will not help. They are not customer service. If customer service has said their decision is final then there is nothing that can be done. Customer service lets us know why they acted even if we disagree.

How to Use Extended Creator Reports
Once you have access to the Extended Creator Reports (via 2FA or a verification code), you can retrieve reports on possible mesh and animation duplicates on our View Reports Page. You will find newly submitted products that are similar to yours (mesh and animation asset similarities only). The report is a downloadable .csv file.Â

Please note that the report will only include products that have been recently submitted and/or new products that are submitted after you join this program. The report does NOT include any correctly derived products including “zero change� derivations (products derived from your product that do not have any asset changes).

Read this.. and because i submitted my derivation recently i am the one getting the worst part, i only derivated from this product (55836285) and that creator hide that product after.. that product have 2 others derivation from others creators .. but because i was the one that did it recently i am loosing all ..my money, my time, my effort, my hardship? Some one Pay Attention to this.. it can happend again and again to new creators.. even long time creators . i Wonder how many Creators lost their Store for the same reason.. That tool is no good if it doesnt detect older derivations...is not fair for us ! the one that submit newly derivations...

Contact the email Lestat has provided communityteam@imvu.com
Explain that you derived from a product and that they removed your creator privileges because of the original derive being an unauthorized product you didn't know about. Explain to them that you would like your account back and if they could review your account.

They cant help me.. thats what they keep saying.. i will not stop until someone really pay attention to this matter! Today is me! Tomorrow can happend to any of the creators that derive from others! My only mistake was make a derivation from a product thats looks it was unauthorized! But how could i know of that?

If a user feels there is an issue with the final outcome of a Help Case it can be discussed with IMVU Staff at communityteam@imvu.com

I do not agree with the closing of the store to Mia PV, she is a very good creator, very excellent, she has never done an undue nafa to close her store, I am one of her clients, she does not deserve this treatment

I also lost my original account just for photo reports, which was unfair, then they wanted to ask me for 600 dollars to get it back and I was going to do it and then I said no, so it's good to use this page and expose the problems

I lost my account and credits twice so is not speculation. In my own experience IMVU main issue always have been "security". At the end they don't care, we are just numbers for them $$$​. And public or private the company is based in California, USA so we do have freedom of speech.

I hope you get your store back, it is very disappointing, it takes away your desire to use a platform where you invest your money and they do not care about anything, remember that imvu without us would not exist, it should be a safer place for people who invest. For the staff and the owner of this platform, how difficult can it be for them to just remove the product that she derived, and not stop her from closing the miapv store? It is difficult for her to buy her vip, invest to upload her products and the charge that You do to get it uploaded, that's why many no longer want to buy the VIP, because of their incompetence and their lack of seriousness to be safer for those of us who invest in this platform.

By revoking creators privileges ​Imvu is not avoiding this to happen again, basically is taking all the money and time from us instead of look for a resolution to this problem, we get punished while the person that that need to pay for this get away with it. HOW UNFAIR BY CLOSING THE STORE KNOWING IT WILL KEEP HAPPENING.

Hi @MiaPV​ This is best discussed in private with IMVU Staff. Only they have all the information available to discuss this, properly. Here in public, people can only speculate as to reasons for the issue.
Security issues have always been the biggest problem in this company, from stolen accounts to stolen personal information and now products. The company itself went up over 55% in the stock market in the last 5 years, why don't use part of the company income to solve this issues. At the end, IMVU Inc is in business thanks to all the users in here but we receive the worst treatment that a company can offer. HERE "THE CUSTOMER (US) NOT ALWAYS COME FIRST (PRIORITY)"​ in other hand this company couldn't care less about us. Again we need to be listen for once no those surveys that doesn't solve a dime, REAL PEOPLE TAKING ACTIONS AND IMPROVING THE SERVICE OF THIS PLATAFORM.

Mia, it seems unfair to me that they close your store, you are not to blame for anything, I mean, one spends their money to upload products and remove a credor that made the product removable and I'm afraid to remove products, we are not to blame if that remover I stole it and uploaded it, what a shame because every day I get discouraged putting money into imvu, Mia, I hope you open your store soon.

We as creators do not know if the creator uploads a stolen product, if we want to derive we go to the derivative tree and that is where we find the derivable. If the creator sees the derivable product, it is normal for him to derive it. I hope they give you back your store since it is not your fault and it is not possible for them to tell you that they cannot do anything since they are the ones who provide the creator service.
