I have a 3D mesh (female accessory) that I made that I want to be texturized with the avatar's skin texture, how do I achieve this in blender? I tried assigning the mesh to the skin material included in the Blender Avatar Files but whenever I export the mesh to IMVU it creates a new material that stays the same color even when I change my skin. ):

Hi @nefariousness The most simple way to do this is... Derive from an IMVU Parent product that contains avatar Skin. You may use the .xrf from IMVU's product in your project on the material that will contain skin. Do not place any material on the material slot and it will become 'any-skin'.

I hope this helps.
