The program must be able to take 50 or so frames and still be under 50kb to be an item picture. I see many people do that. What program does that?

No idea about your requirements, but there are programs to record a dance or animations.. but it's your bussiness resize/cut frames/whathever to fix it according Imvu thumbnail's rules..
