@FemmeDraven​  And apparently when you contact IMVU CS about copyright infringement problem... This is what You get>> We are sorry the only ban at this time we have on copyright is Gucci..... Are you kidding me? Its the dumbest thing on planet Earth.. Listen I know their CS is outsourced to a third party call center and those employees literally don't know anything about IMVU so they go down a list of generic responses before they escalate a ticket but someone needs to seriously make sure there is some training going on for these call centers. This fine example of what's GA, AP and UFI... Is not acceptable.

I also found something contradictory on the copyright/trademark information page. You're using an image of an avatar in an IMVU shirt and noted that it would be considered copyright infringement but at the same time there are people selling IMVU t-shirts and gear on websites outside of IMVU for real humans to wear and when I contacted customer service I was told that was fine and they were allowed to do that. So which is it?

And THIS...is why I stopped creating 2.5 yrs ago and went to another site. IMVU can't seem to make up it's mind one way or another what they are doing. And when they do, the information is so misleading, even a rocket scientist cant figure it out. And when you try and get answers..clarification.. you get ignored. It's no wonder when you go to CS for answers, they can't even help you or understand the issues either. This place just keeps going downhill.. glad I took my talent elsewhere.

Iam confused about this message,, It doesn't look like either of the outfits depicted in the AP category Violate MCG. My problem is that it looks like IMVU is blanketing clothes as AP.. So here we go... People are going to start thinking that ALL CLOTHES.... Need to be marked AP and that only hair and accessories can be GA This is a HUGE problem for the people doing Peer that do not know exactly what MCG is... They are going to start flagging all clothing. In the example on the page you have a pair of pants marked as AP? Well how is that pair of pants AP Exactly? We don't see that it violates any MCG guidelines in the picture so all pants must be AP right? See where this is going? This may potentially have a huge impact on a already backed up Peer system. There needs to be more clarification for the people that genuinely DO NOT KNOW.. How to look for violated MCG on clothing, What actually violates and where to find the MCG trigger. @shopdaisylogo​  Is also correct!!!! We are in huge need of a color wheel of skin tones that violate MCG. I know of a developer that got tagged for a Halloween Orange.. Where are we suppose to draw the line?

Just to add this isn't an attack on staff who what is done it is feedback that is much needed also many rely on clear instructions and without things being put onto action it gives mixed signals.

Will you now do something about them.Because it all sounds really good in a message but you do nothing much about them. Erect nipples look on t shirts and tops as ga this has never been addressed,Skin colour undies no body ever got back to devs on that one either if i am wrong please correct me. This rule was put in a while ago under the old forums which now you cant resource.

Many times items are flagged in shops with ap items showing shop pictures with cs leaving them up and not having a clue why your flagging. So with this great message going out clarifying what should be done, will we be getting any follow ups where it is much needed because so far its very limited.
