Right underneath where it says accessories, check the box that says "Show Derivable Products Only"

From there, you can search up "chain" and find a creator who has published a chain you can derive from. Just simply click on the product you like, go to the product page, see if the creator has published textures you can edit, edit the texture to your liking, and derive from the product. If you are completely new to creating, I would search for any kind of tutorial. IMVU also offers some different advice in the creator tab for learning to create.

If you are looking to create chains with custom lettering, you will need to learn how to mesh. Creating is not hard to learn if you take the time and good luck~
