A quicker way to hide a product so it can't be purchased is to go to the product page and click on the red dot at the bottom right of the page where it says 'product visible'.

You can just go through with the creator feature and turn off all the options (derivable, searchable, derivable, include in 3rd party bundles). Unfortunately that's the best you can do as IMVU doesn't let you delete a product itself.
