First we have to wait two weeks to be able to get the money we've earned, then a additional 3 days to get the money from imvu... now its getting even worse it seems. wth is going on?

My guess is since Shannon said end of this week is they will wait till new temp massa update goes live to pay creators.

if they are boasting more creators and increased sales, lowering the number of staff handling the payouts would be one of the last things you would want to do, if that is the case, it makes one question how factual the statements are from IMVU posted here in the creators forum regarding that, or if its not factual at all but 'calculated projection results' instead.

 

Idk, it is getting slower, which really makes one have to time things differently, I mean honestly now, if I want to recieve payment by friday, i'd have to at least make the request on Friday of the previous week according to their statement on their webpage, I usually use this as fun money but this time I was actually going to use the funds to pay a bill, low and behold IMVU doesn't pay me like all the previous times the one time I could use it.

Mine usually takes at least 5 business days nowadays. It does seem like there's been more of a delay then usual the past this year, it used to take like 3 business days for me :( I don't really understand the delay, there can't be that much of an increase in the # of requests, maybe there is less staff handling payouts now.

I know if you place a payment request on wednesday you most likely won't get it till next tuesday or even wednesday. IMVU has been like that for as long as i can remember sense they terminated the resellers.

 

seems they've upped the delay sense i last looked, it use to be 3-5 business days, now its 4-6. Honestly I don't get what takes them so long other then the starting statement here, expecially with long term accounts that have a pattern set, I could understand it if it went outside the pattern for the account (i.e. requesting more then normal, requesting in the middle of a month or weekly when normally they only request at the begining of the month, different email request for payment) but when they fall into normal consistancy it seems pretty odd.

 

Far as the reasons they are saying for the delays (MASA / Account Reviews) MASA doesn't play part in my request, and sense the request hasn't even been assigned yet - No on is reviewing it nor is MASA being taken into consideration.

And before anyone says 'submit a support ticket' I already did, problem is IMVU's Mail system still has issues, and 'assumes' my email address is 'invalid' when I've had this email address more years then i care to think about. So i'll likely Not hear from them as their email system will shoot it off to limbo somewhere again, and they will try to convince me once again 'the problem is on your end' though no one on gods green earth has ever had a issue except IMVU with it.
