I fixed the arms on the dress, now the neck is being a pain. Checked settings, double and tripple checked. All settings are as the other layers.
Not sure what tweaked wrong.

You need to put an opacity to remove the neck. Normally it appears on the body layer in between the leg area if you put a black square between it should take off that collar.
