Seriously Dress tails need a new update in resolution and the bad upscale
If I use 1 pixel dot in a tail It will shows a huge dot.
I was looking to add a fine texture down in the tail but I cant
Is there Any solution guys?

Hey @Jojames1 Try using 256x512 or 512x256. Look at both to see which one may be best. Also try different formats between PNG, JPG, etc. Do not use 512x512 as the client will crunch it randomly... LoL

You have to make the texture more compressed as it flows down in looks. Its a theory I have, but not applied it… yet
