Reading this theme, I have a question more or less related: I have a male slips (anyskin) that follow the MCG rules, but was re-rated as AP because match with avatar's skin. But not with genitals side: with other body parts, that can be the chest, shoulders back, or any other were is not visible the red areas. Here you have the link: https://www.imvu.com/shop/product.php?products_id=57778402

When I was flagged, I've "fight" through help tickets, but nothing can be done.. the purpose of this skin, is use it with fantasy skins, and if you use it with a normal skin, nothing "weird" is visible. Imvu said that skin tone can't be used for the product. I think is a no ofensive product, or at least, less dangerous that the nipples thingy. I had to reimburse more than 48,000 credits to non AP users, and with the product re-rated as AP, the sales dropped to zero, of course.

I'm viewing the image with the rules related with Nudity (APO) that BunnyCakes posted, and where I read "nude avatars, skins" I think the sense of "nude avatars, skins" is refered to show genitals or red areas, but if I use the shoulder blades (as example) where is the AP thingy?

I know that I'm crying out in the desert, Imvu said the last word about this, but.. rules are not clear on this case neither.

I would say keep your own to ap, others who have at ga do so at their own risk. This is a grey area which even staff can not decide upon since ones who are at the front of the shop are left. To much loss in sales means no action taken. The whole ruling in imvu very murky, no tobacco use ie cigarette in mouth and smoking would be ap yet i have seen many real pictures that have been flagged and left as profile pictures. So just make sure as a developer you protect yourself if in doubt ap.

Yeah, nothing will ever be done because of all the re-rates and refunds to GA members.

Nipples are not genitals. While some GA products do seem to depict a more sheer look, the shape of nipples shouldn't be ap imo. Nipples can naturally be shaped that way, it does not necessarily mean arousal.

Too many of these are GA in the catalog and when reported (flagging tools), nothing is re-rated :/ Can this be rectified in some way with those who check Flags?

Thank you for helping protect our young ones... :)

I think the third bullet point covers it more accurately.

Maybe a clarification in the TOS should include female nipple shading or nipple projection in a mesh.

Hi @BunnyCakes and @LestatDeLioncourt To be safe I would follow what the Virtual Goods Policy states https://www.imvu.com/next/policyhub/virtualgoodspolicy/

Hi @BunnyCakes I would definitely "Vote" to have these rated AP. I have read and re-read the VGP and all it says is "Overly Detailed Genitals". I and others have asked in Help Cases. the response I get is to Flag the Product.

Can someone on Staff please respond to this? Perhaps @RigsK could give enlightenment as this questions comes up a lot.

Thank you...
