hi @tse22 It sounds like you are doing it right. Hard to tell without someone here deriving it with you. The best place for Derive Support is from the person you are deriving from. They are the ones most familiar with the product and can best offer support. There is a possibility the person who made the derivable has an error in the product and is not aware. It is best to talk to them...
