Now that I've gotten started and I have reached my short term beginning goals for learning workflow and the programs involved with creating I'm getting curious about this specific effect. Thanks in advance for any ideas or advice everyone

Oo, I have a playlist with all of the learning sessions on it and at the 4th one. I must say they really are super helpful to new creators. Thanks for putting the link up, it will probably help someone else later

@LestatDeLioncourt Oh, wow, Thank you! I've been having an idea about the shininess, but I haven't gotten to play with those settings yet an was going to toggle and slide every button and slider to see what they do XD. I just wanted to make sure that's the correct approach.
But this is very helpful, thank goodness you're here! I'm getting a lot worked out on my own and most because of you and KatsBits assisting others over time
Hi @NastyNightmare925 This is a newer feature in the IMVU Studio. You can easily add Iridescence to most materials. It is something you need to play with on your own. I will get you started with a few basic steps. See the snapshot below.
Place your Diffuse Material as normal
Add a reflective material
Set the amount of reflection that looks normal to you
Turn on the Iridescence "Switch"
Set the amount of Iridescence that looks good to you
Remember, too much of a good thing will look strange.
The trick on both the Reflection and Iridescence is to set it just right for the look. I think it is like too much icing on the cake can turn it into a big glob! LOL
Enjoy playing around with your settings. I think everyone has their own starting settings. We are not allowed to share exact settings but this snapshot is close and will get you started...
