o create my products on procreate but am trying something different such as skins how do I get all the files to transfer there

You can only make textures on the cell phone, using applications like the ones you name.
But you will have to go to the pc to test them and upload your products. I recommend using Imgur or Imgbb to upload the images from your cell phone and download them to the pc so that they do not lose quality
