OK i am very very close. On the layer that is the skin, you have to make sure the Skin Composite is unchecked.

I am able to wear a bra under the jacket or my skin and it looks fine. But when i wear certain shirts it still breaks. Not sure why, It could the shirt itself. It could be the graphics.

the front looks fine

Ok I got the jacket to be layerable and I can wear any shirt under it. I still have one problem. On certain parts of the jacket namely the back and the back of the shoulders, the jacket breaks like boots do at times. For the jacket I checked two sided and skin composite. What am i still missing?
