I'm trying to mesh this bodysuit and I want to make it so the uv maps match for easier derives. How do I match the verts along the outer edges of the uv maps for the front and back of the bodysuit? I'm still in the process of straightening out the uv maps manually on the front half.

You can't really do that automatically so you'll have to do it manually by manipulating those outer vertices into alignment. You can temporarily drop the UV's atop each other and align them like that.
