Making an avatar with things attached to it (even if it is custom body mesh or something) isnt the best idea. IMVU uses "body part ID" system, meaning that clothing products replace the body parts of an avatar with corresponding part IDs when worn. The number of IDs that the clothing item may use isnt regulated at all. So it is highly likely that whatever cool accessoires you integrate into your avatar will disappear once certain clothing product is put on. Avatar products are better left for poses and animations.

Hi @xveme You can derive from the IMVU male of Female Avatar. Use a Mesh Editor that will export in .FBX format the "accessory" attached to the avatar. Many here use 3d Max, Blender, Sktchup, Maya, etc to create the ataached object to the avatar.
