[Archived]If you're using IMVU purchasing system for the first time, that might be the reason. I had the same problem buying creds using my debit card through PayPal. What you have to do is call IMVU's number and let them know it's really you. They'll ask a few questions and after that, everything should work. 1-866-761-0975.
