I have several tickets that have not been answered by general support, it took about 9 days and many of them were cancelled except for two in the "Waiting for Agent" status. He answered one and I waited for his response for about 5-6 days and he did not respond. Can you help me to recover my account? I deleted it and provided information about it to the agent, but he did not respond during this period.

Hello. @Guest don’t sent too many ticket as it seems to be abused . 1 ticket is enough. And ticket takes 1-5 days response .
