Hi @JudahLyons​, you can reply to your Ticket in order to get further assistance as this is user to user discussions area.

 

Also, it can take 1 to 5 full days for non VIP and 1 to 3 full days for VIP for customer service to respond. This article explains cases: http://im.vu/help703
