Hello,

I have had some troubles with all my emails coming through, it seems like iCloud is picking and choosing what to show me therefore when I go to log into IMVU, my authentication code isn't coming through for me to log into my account.

 

Is there any way that I can get into my account by having support change my email to a temporary email until it is fixed?? or have a code sent to a phone number instead??

 

Any help is appreciated!!!

IMPORTANT: If your email address is a Hotmail, Outlook, or Live account, please consider using a different email provider. IMVU's email notifications may be blocked by these providers. If you still have not received your email verification link, please check your Junk or Spam folders.
