I sent the photo of the receipt they sent me and my credits still do not appear

The credit update can be laggy, particularly on the mobile app. You might need to log in/out or click on the credit button to force it to refresh. If you are getting credits from sales, you can also run a report of your sales to see when the credits will be coming to your account (as sometimes they are scheduled for a future date, depending on what type of credits are used for payment). Hi @IlAlyBeelI​, if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile they will need to check their purchases in the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.

 

If users purchased through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
