I’ve been trying to gift my girl and little cousins credits for 2 days and still can’t use my card on the website. My bank said there was no issues on there end and I’m still waiting for IMVU to say something back to me. But has anyone else had this issue?

Hi @GhettoKingCarti​, if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile they will need to check their purchases in the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.

 

If users purchased through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
