[Archived - LaceyLovejoy] I want to sign up for platinum VIP but I had a previous account that I deleted and now I’m told I can’t sign up for platinum because there’s already an account on my Apple ID.
I thought deleted meant deleted. If there’s still a platinum membership on my Apple ID then I should be able to deactivate my own account.

Hi @LaceyLovejoy, you will have to go to Apple’s website to learn how to unlink your Apple / iTunes ID account from your mobile applications. Once you are unlinked you will be able to update your email. This article explains how to change email: http://im.vu/help928. Thanks
