Not only did imvu take the money out of my account it didn’t even give me the credits and took the money out twice! I ordered one 6,000 bundle and ended up ordering 12,000 still no credits I have tried resetting the app many times. Still nothing! Please fix this!

Hi @amy554031​, if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile they will need to check their purchases in the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.

 

If users purchased through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
