Hi @llBunnyll, if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile they will need to check their purchases in the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.

If users purchased through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.

check your account see if you have your vip hidden? I thought the same lastnight but this morning i found out i just have the vip thing hidden? though the creds didnt come still
