I've been trying to gift a certain friend on IMVU, but when sent, it gives me a "purchase failed message. But she's AP just like me. What is the problem?

Hi @Boonkman, there are a few reasons you may not be able to send a gift to another user, which include:
1. Your account or the other user’s account is on hold.
2. You are trying to gift someone using promo credits.
3. The product you are trying to gift is from a disabled creator.
4. The product you are trying to gift is hidden or set to Display Only by a creator.
5. You are trying to gift an item the user already owns.
6. The user you are trying to gift has their messages set to friends only and you are not on your friend’s list.
