[Archived - eleorasinclair] how do i fix my buy credit option being gone? it disappeared and everything say my account is may be on hold but i can still log into and play but cant buy anything.

i bought some credits on the website just fine and when i went back to do it again it kept giving me the, it may take longer to process message and then i went on my account to find this. idk what to do, my money was taken but my credits didn’t appear neither did my “ap” upgrade so im at a lost for words rn because when i log into a different account the credit option is perfectly normal.
