I have been trying to buy credits on my own for a month now, but it keeps saying use another card, I don't have another card to use, so I have to come to an agent, then I have to give out information every time , I have not changed my card so why is it happening, and when I go though an agent it magically works and I can get credits, now today I have been waiting almost a half an hour to talk to someone, just so I can get credits to play a game. Is there any way you can fix your system.

Ask the person you shared the room with why they reset or deleted it.

I need help, there is no one around, but here i go again... I had a shared room, which i don't have any more, I was using my room yesterday and as of yesterday evening, it was not there i came back to my room and all the items in the room were gone, so I thought maybe do a reboot, so I turned off the PC and turn back on and reboot, then went back to the room and the room it self was gone, I didn't turn it off, or delete it, or give it away, I would like to know if IMVU took it, or did i hit a button or what is wrong, I bought and i paid for it so why would i delete it, I was not tired od it is it anyone in this IMVU world to help, I went to chat help no answer, I have ask 3 ties in different spots can I please get some help, when it is time to pay you you are real fast to take us away from what ever can we get the same respect to help us please.

You should contact imvu https://support.imvu.com/support/home it takes 1-5 days response
