The ''Chat with us!'' has a glitch where when the virtual assistant asks you if you would like to speak to a team member. I say yes and then it keeps asking and doesnt let me type my question. Another thing thats a issue,is we cant close and exit the live chat when our issue has been resolved. So another rep ends up entering and we can't leave I don't think they can end it either unless the chat isn't active,
