Unable to See Online Status After the Latest Update

Hello IMVU Support Team,

I am having an issue with the app. I can no longer see other users' online status, and I cannot see my own online status either.

I updated the app about a week ago, and this issue started after the latest update. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, but the problem still persists. I also tried clearing the app's data, but that did not solve the issue either.

Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked. I believe this problem may be related to the latest update.

Could you please investigate this issue and help me fix it as soon as possible?
