I got around 700 items at my shop and they were selling well too, Then this month after renewing my VIP(Upgraded it to Emerald VIP) products at my shop gone from the IMVU catalog and on IMVU NEXT and Mobile SHOP, I checked whether they are hidden at IMVU website and it shows they're still Visible then i checked creator dashboard my products have been moved too "My Projects" instead of being in "My Catalog", So anyone knows what's the problem here ? is there any solution to bring them back to catalog?
This issue has happened before where a Creator's Catalog goes away for some days.
It only happens when the VIP subscription expires for *any* amount of time. This includes some hours or even minutes. If it expires, it is randomly opened again. One person I know took 2 days for VIP to open the catalog again after renewal.
The best bet is not to allow the expiration of the VIP Subscription.

Hi @xJACOBIELx, Are you still experiencing this issue? I am able to see the products in your screenshot in your catalog.
