I just noticed I have been tier 7 all month (Nov) but I don't have a pro badge. Did anything change?

Apparently IMVU broke something in the last update. Support said it happened to multiple people, and they are aware and working on a fix. I also "lost" mine even though my tier is still pro. Also noticed some top creators in the front pages are missing pro, so its most definitately a bug.

same here... I was thinking negatively about why imvu took away my pro tag. but apparently it happened not only to me. Lol

i've been tier 9 for a while now, hit 10 maybe a couple days ago and i just came on to see my pro tag is gone also.. i'm still tier 10, still have the tier 10 badge too but just don't see pro next to my name

Tier 10, no PRO. And no help from Live Chat ofc, they told me to check my calculations for Tiers again at the end of the week LMAO.

I also noticed that not only do I no longer have a pro tag in the catalog, I no longer own the pro badge in my badges collection.

Tier 9. Lost pro with last update. Must be a bug because even creators like Whims, DarkAngel5, and Polystyrene lost their pro. I'm sure all of them are still pro, but it's not showing for them either.

Don't we get pro tag anymore at Tier 7? If nobody is going to answer, can creators just check if you're tier 7 and got the pro tag please
