I recently started using IMVU and received a welcome offer stating that if I made a purchase today, I would receive 25,000 credits and a free room. I made the purchase as instructed, but I have not received the credits or the room.
Could you please assist me in receiving the credits and room promised in the offer?
Hi, if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile they will need to check their purchases in the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.
If users purchase through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
