My account was put on hold due to inactivity and i got a message to post a ticket to support for this , but it is impossible to post a ticket .... someone help

Only way you can find out to contact imvu privately so they can resolved your account.

https://support.imvu.com/support/tickets/new ticket takes 1-5 days response.

Again a link to follow and no answers. Why not tell us? any of us for find those links. We need answers. And when you file a ticket it only send us here.... So is this merry go around here. Who is running imvu.

Hello again, You have to make a new alt account. And log in first with new alt account. Then it will let you make a ticket. https://support.imvu.com/support/tickets/new noted: non vip takes 1-5 days response
