Why is my main account on disabled?

Hey, I wrote to the support before and the support was redirected me to this topic.

My other account name is b3gott3n, Im vip and I am a creator on that account.

But today I noticed that my account get banned for 2 weeks because of a product I made.

I think I did nothing wrong, I made a AP house and I indicated that this is a AccessPass room. 

I just want to know whats really going on or Can I get my account undisabled?
