I can’t submit a ticket by the form.bcz the submit icon does not turn on to choose.my account is on hold and i can’t message to anybody or buy stuff.i was away from the play for years but i want to play it now.please fix it

Compré el paquete de matrimonio el sábado 5 de octubre de 2024.
Y hoy entro y no lo tengo. Ni mi amiga ni yo pedimos el divorcio. . Porque salió que yo la blokeo . quiero el matrimonio
