My payment went through but I didn’t get my AP nor my credits I need help ASAP

Hi @Guest, Hi @, if users purchase an IMVU upgrade on Mobile they will need to check their purchases in the Google Play or the iTunes store. IMVU has no control over Mobile store purchases.

If users purchased through IMVU’s website using Next, users can check their order history.
