WHAT YEAR AND CENTURY DOES IMVU PLAN ON FIXING THE MUSIC MIXES MUTING ISSUE? AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN IN A ROOM FOR A PERIOD OF TIME...THE MUSIC WILL SHOW AS PLAYING BUT DEPENDING ON HOW LONG YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE ROOM FOR..IT WILL MUTE ON YOU AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO HEAAR IT..THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 5 YEARS NOW AND CASE AFTER CASE HAS BEEN PUT IN AND IMVU HAS DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THIS AND IGNORED IT FOR YEARS...AND THEY CONTINUE TO DO NOTHING ABOUT IT..ME AND MY FRIENDS AND PEOPLE I KNOW ARE SICK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO HEAR THE MUSIC AFTER WE HAVE BEEN IN THE ROOM A WHILE BECAUSE IT MUTES...IMVU IS AWARE OF THIS FOR YEARS AND LIKE I SAID..HAS DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT..WHEN IS SOMETHING GOING TO BE ACTUALLY DONE ABOUT THIS????????????????????

@AngelinaCarwin EXACTLY..We all feel this way now...We all have been fooled and had our hard earned money stolen from us.Even when the chat support works..its useless..They never know anything and have no answers.Its a waste of time.I have spent so much money on my music and cant see it or use it and I have songs that were gifted to me from my wish list after the music store closed from friends who basically had their money stolen from them because I was never even able to see or use all those songs and now they are gone.So they took the money from my friends who paid for the songs yet they could never be delivered to me or used because the store is gone.So my friends threw their money in the garbage and paid for nothing while IMVU kept the money.The explanation I got from them is that we buy the music at our own risks and its non-refundable..so they actually backed up and supported their theft.They dont care about us as members and dont care what they do to us anymore...We are treated like garbage.We are actually stupid to care about this website and stay on it after all the things they do to us...Thats why they are losing all of their members for good...

chat with us doesnt work either now, so cant even get support, I paid for music I cant listen to and VIP so I can get support and neither one work! I feel like im just giving imvu money for nothing!

Its just completely mind boggling and unbelievable that IMVU STILL has not fixed this issue and still has no answers about the music muting in the rooms and they keep giving me the same old tired response that they are waiting on an update...No sense of urgency at all and this has never been fixed and it is over 5 years now of this going on,.,,,yet they continue to take our money for this broken mess...
