Unfair permanent ban

Recently I was unfairly banned, having my account deactivated and banned permanently, without even having the right to reply, I believe this was a mistake and I need it to be activated again my @wildunmellowyell376c I opened a ticket but I haven't received a response yet and I'm scared of losing my account which is already 4 years old and has many items, I needed to speak to support to resolve this

If you are unable to get into ticket with email that you have .it would be best to make alt account to be able to make ticket and reply to imvu

I didn't make the ticket using this profile because I can't access mine because it's banned and it says it's deactivated but I have the ID number they sent in my email, can I use it somewhere to find it?

Imvu reply by ticket case only . you can check there to see if they reply

Is the response via email? And can everything be resolved in the email itself? The ban is saying that I shared links that break terms but I never did that or shared anything within IMVU, I'm using a translator to speak
