IMVU Staff Needs To Do Some Cleaning, Some Optimizing, & Some Fixes...
Cause IMVU Is Currently A Mess, & It's At A Point That I Can't Even Use It...
I'm Constantly Crashing, & I Thought It Was Just Me, But I'm Hearing Others Reporting It, Too...
The Classic In-Client Shop Frequently Does Not Load Content For Me To Try On At All, & Above All My Accounts Will Only Stay Logged-In For A Very Short Time, & Then My Accounts Always Crash, So It's Like A Timer Ticker That When It Reaches A Certain Timer, It Explodes Or Crashes...
I Have Inventory Items That Either Constantly Don't Work, Or They Constantly Don't Load, Or Their Constantly Missing, & Just Straight Up Disappear Right Out Of My Inventory...
Until Something Is Done From The IMVU Staff, I Don't Want To Spend Any Of My Credits, Nor Any Money...
Because I'm Curious If What I Spend Will Just Glitch Up, & I'll Waste It For Nothing... Soo I Think I Should Hold Off On Spending Till Something Is Fixed...

I am having exact same problem. So I have not been buying music nor even making mixes until its fixed. I also submitted a ticket nine days ago. No reply.... lol hmm

Now the music sampling doesnt work either..on top of all the other music issues that they have never fixed for years now...The whole music situation is a complete joke and a mess and they will never fix it...Ive been putting cases in for years that still arent fixed...They just stall and hope you go away...well customers are going away for good now and not coming back...

I have been reporting music issues for over 7 years on here now and they still havent fixed them....and they never will...The music mutes in a room if you have been in it for over half an hour..The music mix will show it as playing but depending on how long you have been in the room, it will eventually mute and even though it shows as playing you wont be able to hear it unless you leave the room and the have to come back and re -enter it, which means I have to start the mix all over again from the very beginning and I never get to complete my mixes or hear the songs at the end of it..Thats been going on for at least 7 years now and they have done NOTHING ..They have told me for the past 7 years they are "working" on it...Its a joke...Half the time the music samples dont work and they take forever to fix that,..The whole website is a mess but the music part is the worst...They completely ignore it when you report it too..hoping you give up and go away...That is why everyone is now leaving for good and not coming back to this website...how much are we supposed to take before we have had enough? Who wants to pay money for this broken mess anymore? Everyone I know is going to 3DXChat now because they dont have website issues and they have technicians that are competent and know what they are doing and how to fix issues right away..This websites engineers and technicians are completely incompetent and have no clue what they are doing and the customer service chat is a waste of time because they have no answers ever and dont do a thing to help either....Its a real shame what this website has now become....
