Hello, I have done everything to get my account unblocked imvu has yet to remove the Hold on my account I have sent them a photo of myself with my id card and sent it to them in an email, but they have yet to do anything to fix it they want me to call them to fix the issue when I have sent them a Photo of Myself with My Id Card next to my Face

Hello, make sure you answer all the questions that imvu needs from your created account. So they can find a match that belong to ownership account.
