How can I talk to a LIVE IMVU Customer Service Rep? Is LIVE CHAT no longer available?

Hi @HunnyHer - I Will pass this along to staff for review on this issue, have you tried to clear the website cache and cookies to see if that Will fix the problem?

@Davon - it is not showing up. I u sed live chat about 5 days ago and ever since then its missing. Even during the hours of 6am-6pm there is no live chat option available to me and I am vip.

I've been using imvu virtual assistance for a while now. and now all of a sudden it wont allow me to start a new conversation.

I have VIP and I don't see LIVE CHAT no more during their hours of business 6AM to 6PM PT

Hi, IMVU live chat support is available from 6am-6pm PT And should be live now only VIP members have access to the imvu live chat but IMVU tickets are Free without needed a alr account as it was announced by staff. https://support.imvu.com/support/solutions/articles/154000207495
