How can I talk to a LIVE IMVU Customer Service Rep? Is LIVE CHAT no longer available?

I was like you at first and than when I found out that is how it works - I was pissed cuz it is a rip off and a scam - you are so right on that

And to be honest - the LIVE CHAT is really a personal assistant - is not even human unless your issue qualify an actual human because the Virtual Assistant knows nothing and that is when the actual human steps in to assist

I found out from support ticket - they said you need to pay for the $19.99 vip level or higher to get the live chat support feature

You gotta be "Diamond" or Emerald" level of VIP to get the LIVE CHAT feature - anything below that - is support tickets and not good enough for LIVE CHAT.

It is currenlty 11AM Pacific Time and I am a VIP member but there is no live agent option and normal tickets can take weeks for resolution!

Hi @HunnyHer - I Will pass this along to staff for review on this issue, have you tried to clear the website cache and cookies to see if that Will fix the problem?

@Davon - it is not showing up. I u sed live chat about 5 days ago and ever since then its missing. Even during the hours of 6am-6pm there is no live chat option available to me and I am vip.
