VIP subscription

Dear sir / madame

About four month ago someone has stolen my old account , I have asked for help but got nothing. So I opened a new account this account I had for about four months but every time I try to purchase a platinum vip  I normally subscribe through apple account. In few minutes I get a message from you it says subscription successful and we can’t validate the receipt for your purchase. And if I try to buy vip from IMVU it tells me to cancel my previous account which I lost to a hacker .

For the last 2 or 3 months I send money to a friend to gift me a vip. This time my friend told me that you not allowing vip to be gifted if that is true … 

Now I want to be able to purchase my vip myself like I use to do with my old account 

So can you fix the problem plz.  And am not smart enough to know what to do Ty
