Unable to Create

I keep getting an error message when i try to create.

See attachment below. 

I put a ticket in 8 days ago and no reply. I have spoke to IMVU help reps, and the issue is inresolved.

Has anyone else ever gotten this error message and if so what did you do?

I have uninstalled, installed many times, even using different version and made sure caches were cleared and programs deleted before reinstalling. 

I have run IMVU as administrator. All the steps multiple times and nothing works.

As LeStat mentions, this looks like a permissions issue. Are you running any anti-virus software which might be blocking access to you Documents folder?

What should I do?

 IMVU Support team dont know how to fix it.

I was told to come here for advice and the rep asked me if he could have permission to enter my account and change my password. (he got a big NO on that one).

Then just now I log in and the IMVU rep. asked me for the error message, which was uploaded in the message he was replying too. :(


Ive never seen such incompetence in my years of gaming and never had so many issues with IMVU as I have had this year alone out of the 15 years I have been here.

The only time I have seen this is when people do not have administrator rights to the IMVU folder in My Documents.
